Convert Excel file (*.xls) to image with ease!


Universal Document Converter is the most complete solution for the conversion of documents into image files like TIFF, JPEG, GIF, PNG, BMP, PCX and DCX. The underlying basis of Universal Document Converter is the technology of virtual printing. As a result, exporting Excel file (*.xls) to image is not any more complicated than printing on a desktop printer.

Please follow this manual to start converting of Excel file (*.xls).

1. Download and install Universal Document Converter software onto your computer.

2. Open Excel file (*.xls) in Microsoft Excel and press File->Print... in the application main menu.

3. Select Universal Document Converter from the list of printers and press the Properties button.

4. Select the Table to JPEG, Color profile in the Universal Document Converter Properties window.

5. Open the Image settings tab, select the file format you required and press OK.

6. Press OK in Microsoft Excel Print dialog to start converting. When the image file is ready, it will be saved to the C:\UDC Output Files folder by default.

7. The converted spreadsheet will then be opened in a program adjusted as a default image viewer on your computer.
