Move, Copy or Delete Files after Printing with New Print Conductor 7.1

Print Conductor is a batch printing program for Windows. It helps enterprises and users around the world reduce time on printing various documents and images. This software helps users save time on printing and has a range of flexible settings for certain tasks. Below are just a few remarkable features of Print Conductor 7.1:

Post-processing of files: copy, move, or delete files after printing

The new Print Conductor can now automatically copy, move, or delete source files that were printed. This can allow you to speed up your workflows because you won’t have to do these actions manually. The post-processing actions can be configured for both successfully printed and failed files.

Improved Single print job mode

In version 7.1, the Single print job mode has been improved: you can now change the print job’s name (that can be seen on printer display and print queue), and now you can select different printer trays for individual files.

Instant loading of files from folders at the program start

Load folders at start is the new feature that lets you import entire folders with files at the program start-up. Once the folders’ paths are specified, the program will instantly add all supported files from these folders to the List of Documents.

Besides, the program supports more file formats than before: iCalendar (ICS), Adobe InDesign INDD, KOMPAS-3D, and obsolete versions DOC and XLS were added in this update.
