Profiles make the Universal Document Converter significantly more efficient. They may be utilized by users to save settings required for certain operations to apply them very quickly at a later date. In addition, the Universal Document Converter includes a series of built-in profiles out of the box to address the most common tasks.
To use a previously created or a built-in profile, click "Load Settings". This will display the standard Windows Open File dialog to select an XML file with the desired profile.
To create a new profile or to edit an existing one, specify all the conversion settings that are needed. Then, click the Save Settings button. This will display the standard Windows Save File dialog such that a new or an existing XML file name could be specified.
