All communication with the software is through the Universal Document Converter virtual printer configuration window. It is very simple and user-friendly. It enables the user to proceed directly to using the software without any training.
The virtual printer configuration window has three vertical areas. The first area houses tabs for access to the various conversion settings (1). It also contains buttons for access to profiles (2).
The right-hand part of the window holds the preview area (3). It provides a preview of the result of changes to the various parameters.
The middle part is where all the settings are entered. Its appearance changes depending on the tab that is selected at any given time.
